摘要
校内实训基地的培训是高职高专学生职业能力培养的重要途径。浙江医学高等专科学校基层公共卫生实训基地（以下简称基地）是浙江省高职高专示范实训基地，培养了大批的公共卫生人才。自从设立以来，基地通过合理布局、强化对专业建设的支撑作用、加强软硬件建设、积极开展校企合作、科学研究和社会服务等措施，逐步建设成为集教学、科研、培训、技能鉴定与技术服务多功能于一体的实训基地。基层公共卫生实训基地充分发挥了示范和引领作用。本文介绍了浙江医学高等专科学校基层公共卫生实训基地建设的经验，以期为国内其他院校集多功能于一体的校内实训基地提供参考和借鉴。
Educational practice in school training base is an important way to develop professional ability in vocational education. Primary public health training base of Zhejiang Medical College is one of the vocational demonstration training bases in Zhejiang Province. Since being founded, the base strengthened the role of professional construction support through the rational distribution and strengthens the software and hardware improvement, actively carried out school-enterprise cooperation, scientific research and social services. The base gradually became a training base combining the functions of teaching, research, training, technique accreditation and technology services into one, so that the base could fully play the exemplary and leading role. This article describes the experience and thinking of the primary public health training base construction, in order to provide reference for other domestic institutions construction muhifunction training base.
