摘要
目的探索一种促进学生自主学习、主动探索实践的半开放式实验教学方法,以培养学生的创新能力和科研思维能力,促进教学改革。方法将广东医学院2005级医学检验专业132名学生按照分层抽样方法分为实验组和对照组,实验组67人,对照组65人。对临床检验基础课程的同一实验教学内容,实验组采用研究性实验教学方法,对照组采用验证性实验教学方法。教学结束后,根据问卷调查结果、学生课堂发言情况、学生实验报告及考核成绩等对两组学生进行评价。结果大部分实验组学生认为研究性实验教学方法可以调动学生自主学习的积极性,对学生积极应对见习和实习中的问题有极大的帮助作用。实验组学生的课堂发言情况、实验报告、考核成绩均优于对照组学生。结论研究性实验教学方法比传统验证性实验教学方法能够取得更好的教学效果,有利于医学检验人才的培养和专业素质的提高。
Objective To explore a half-opening experimental teaching method of automatic and independent study and practice to cuhivate students' creativity and scientific thinking and accelerate teaching reform. Methods According to stratified sampling, 132 students in the 2005 grade of medical laboratory sciences were divided into experimental group and control group, 67 students in experimental group and 65 students in control group. Experimental group was taught by research experimental teaching while control group was taught by traditional replication experimental teaching. After class, the evaluation was made, according to the questionnaire, the students' speech in class, the test paper, and the scores of test. Results Most of the students in experimental group thought that research experiment teaching might improve the enthusiasm of study and was helpful for dealing with problems in clinical clerkship and practice, the students in experimental group had got higher scores in all the tests than those in control group. Conclusions Research experiment teaching was superior to the traditional replication experimental teaching. It has a lot of advantages in carrying on innovative education.
