摘要
目的探讨以“一对一”教学联合以问题为基础学习(problem—basedlearning,PBL)教学方法在留学生妇产科学实习中的教学效果。方法以在中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院妇产科学实习的中山大学2006级五年制临床医学专业55名留学生为研究对象。将学生随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采取“一对一”带教联合PBL教学方法教学,对照组采取“一对一”带教联合传统的临床实习带教方法教学,比较两组学生的妇产科学实习考试成绩及妇产科学临床实习问卷调查结果。结果实验组和对照组留学生的实践技能考试成绩差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);两组学生的问病史、体格检查及书写病历成绩,理论考试成绩及总成绩比较,实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,实验组学生对妇产科学临床实习的反馈情况好于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论“一对一”带教联合PBL教学方法优于“一对一”带教联合传统的临床实习带教方法。
Objective To discuss the effect of a new teaching method for 5-year program international medical students in obstetrics & gynecology department, which combines the person-to-person teaching and problem-based learning. Methods The international medical students in the obstetrics & gy- necology department of the SUN Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of SUN Yat-sen University were divided into ex- perimental group (using the new teaching method ) and control group (using the traditional teaching method, hich is teacher-oriented and combines the person-to-person teaching). The teaching results were compared in the two groups by examinations and questionnaires. Results Fifty-five international medical students were recruited to the study. No significant difference was observed in the marks of practical examination between the two groups (P〉0.05), while difference in the marks of theory examination, total score and quality of medical records were statistically significant, which was in favor of the trial group (P〈 0.05). The students exhibited great satisfaction to the new teaching method ( P〈0.05 ). Conclusions The new method is more effective and efficient for international medical students to learning obstetrics & gynecology. It should be used in preference to the traditional teaching approach.
