摘要
目的探讨一期根治术治疗小儿肛周脓肿的临床疗效。方法对56例小儿肛周脓肿患儿施行管道切开引流与挂线术综合治疗的临床资料作回顾性分析。结果 56例均一次性治愈,一次性治愈率100%。随访2个月至3年均无复发,无肛门畸形,肛门失禁等后遗症。结论一期根治术治疗小儿肛周脓肿安全有效,并发症少,疗效满意。
Objective In order to explore the clinical effect of one stage radical procedure in the treatment of Pediatric Crissum Abscess. Methods Author’s department adopted the procedure of incision draincage and thread drawing to threat 56 cases.Results Primary cure was achieved in all the cases, the primarily curative rate was up to 100%. No recurrence was found during 2 month to 3 year follow up, there was no complication such as anal malformation and anal incontinence. Conclusion the one stage radical procedure of many advantages： simpler manipulation, less complications and better therapeutical efficacy.
