摘要
目的 对婴幼儿听力进行正确的定量定位评估 .为婴幼儿早期听力语言康复治疗提供依据 .方法 以听觉脑干诱发电位 (ABR)、畸变产物耳声发射 (DPOAE) ,对疑听力障碍的 10 0例婴幼儿进行听力检测 .记录V波反应域、DPOAE幅值、DP -NF幅值差 .结果 以ABRV波反应阈 40dB为正常判定标准 .2 0 0耳中ABR异常 135耳 (6 7 5 % ) ;DPOAE以超过本底噪音 10dB为有效 .与正常组比较 ,DPOAE异常有 5 6耳 (2 8% ) ,ABR异常而DPOAE正常的有 82耳 (4 1% ) ,ABR异常、DPOAE也异常的有 5 3耳 (2 6 5 % ) .结论 ABR。
Objective To evaluate infant's hearing in a ration and orienting way,in order to cure infant's hearing loss in forepart.Methods One hundred infants of out patient of audition and nerve healing were screened by ABR and DPOAE at the same time.Results 135 ears (67.5%) failed in ABR test.56 ears (28%) failed in DPOAE test .82 ears (41%) were normal in DPOAE test but failed in ABR test.53 ears (26.5%) failed in DPOAE test and in ABR test.Conclusions The results show that neither ABR nor DPOAE can screen infant's hearing in comprehension.We should use both of them to get the real facts of hearing loss.
