摘要
利用中国商务部对外投资合作司的相关数据,对中国大型国有企业对美国绿地投资进行了分阶段总体评价;运用国际生产折中理论和综合动因理论中有关东道国和投资国的区位因素论对中国大型国有企业对美国绿地投资进行了总体分析,得出中国大型国有企业对美绿地投资在数量上与其百分比呈倒挂趋势;行业上覆盖面广,新兴行业异军突起;空间上呈边沿化环状分布,内陆点状穿插的结论。在此基础上,对中国国有企业对美国投资的趋势进行了预测。
This paper used the relevant data of Foreign Investment and Cooperation Department in the Chinese Ministry of Commerce to analyze the every stage on Chinese big state - owned enterprises greenfield investment to the United States. And by regional factors on the host country and in-vest country of the international production compromise theory and the theory of comprehensive drivers, this paper analyzed the Chinese large state - owned enterprises greenfeild investment to the United States. It obtained relevant results about Chinese big state - owned enterprises greenfeild invest-ment to USA. For example, the number and percentage showed adverse trend, the industry coverage was more wide, the emerging industry was rising, on space the industries were distributed on the edge and circle, the patch thrust deeply into the inland. And on these basis, the authors made the pre-dictions on Chinese state - owned enterprises to invest in USA.
