摘要
报道了双孢奥德蘑(Oudemansiella bispora)的形态和分子鉴定结果。在对其子实体形态、菌丝、孢子等进行形态学观察的同时,对其ITS区序列进行了测定和系统发育分析比较,同时与其他种类真菌的亲缘关系进行了比较,将该菌株鉴定为双孢奥德蘑,且与GenBank中基因号为AF321481的Xerulafurfuracea最相近并被聚类到一起,同源相似性达99%。
According to observe the morphology of its fruit bodies, mycelium and spores, it was judged as Oudemansiella bispora of a new record of Oudemansiella in China. According to the analysis of the internal transcribed space of ribosome（ITS） squences, this paper built the homology tree, then it was compared with other species, and clustered together with Xerula fufuracea that its GenBank number was AF321481, and the both of ho-mology was only 99 %.
