摘要
为了验证静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)对电网电压的有效支撑作用,针对500kV东莞变电站±200MVA STATCOM工程项目,通过PSCAD软件仿真和现场试验对STATCOM装置的定电压控制、恒无功控制、与站内原有固定补偿器的协调控制这3项主要控制功能进行了功能试验对比研究。研究表明,STATCOM实际输出的无功电流能快速跟踪控制目标电流的变化,且PSCAD仿真与现场试验结果一致。因此证明了PSCAD模型贴近实际装置,且STATCOM的控制功能设计合理,能够对系统无功变化作出快速响应,能有效实现电压支撑作用,提高电网的输电能力,保证电网的安全稳定运行。
In order to verify the voltage support role of static synchronous compensation device(STATCOM) in power grids,taking the ±200 MVA STATCOM project of 500 kV Dongguan substation as an example,we compared the 3 main controlling functions-constant voltage control,constant reactive power control of STATCOM devices and coordination control with existing fixed compensators-via function tests and simulations in PSCAD.It is proved that the output reactive current from STATCOM could fast track the changes of control target’s current,and that the PSCAD simulation results agreed with the field test results.Therefore,it is concluded that the PSCAD model simulates the real devices well,and that the STATCOM has reasonable control strategy,while it is able to quickly response the system reactive changes,improve the power grid transmission capacity,effectively support the system voltage,and ensure the safe and stable operation of power grids.
