摘要
为解决现有电流注入技术难以应用于400 MHz以上频段的问题,并提高非线性系统在高场强下辐照和注入的相关性,提出了以对称定向耦合器为注入耦合模块的新型电流注入方法。以典型的天线及射频前端为受试对象,理论分析得到了辐照和注入条件下受试系统的等效电路模型,求出了等效电路的源阻抗,确定了非线性系统中辐照场强与注入电压值之间呈线性关系的条件,总结了电流注入替代连续波辐照的具体试验方法。通过辐照法和注入法的对比试验验证了理论分析的正确性。结果表明:对于匹配互连系统而言,即使受试系统是非线性的,辐照场强与注入电压的关系同样是线性的。对于射频互连系统,该电流注入技术能够准确代替辐照法,试验误差<5%,且应用频率范围可达GHz水平。
In order to extend useful frequency range of current injection technique to exceeding 400 MHz,and to improve the correlation between radiation and current injection for non-linear systems by high-level radiated fields,we put forward new current injection methods which exploit symmetric directional couplers as injection module.With typical antenna and radio frequency front-end under test,equivalent circuit model of the system under test and its source impedance were analyzed theoretically when both radiation and injection methods were exploited.The condition was confirmed when the relationship between radiated fields and injected voltage was linear for non-linear system.Detailed experimental methods which were used for substitution of current injection for continuous wave radiation were summarized.Theoretical analysis was justified by experiment comparison of radiation and injection methods.The results indicate that the relationship between radiated fields and injected voltage is linear for matched interconnected systems even if the systems are non-linear.The current injection technique is able to substitute for radiation if high-frequency interconnected systems are under test.The experimental error is lower than 5%,and the method is valid even if the frequency is up to GHz level.
