摘要
特高压(UHV)线路加装串补后,由于电容器残压的作用,断路器清除线路故障时的暂态恢复电压(TRV)特性发生变化。为此采用电磁暂态程序EMTP对中国多个特高压串补工程的断路器TRV特性及其影响因素进行仿真研究,并对各种TRV抑制措施的效果进行分析。研究表明,如不采取措施,部分UHV串补线路断路器清除单相故障时的TRV峰值的标幺值可能>2.7(其基准值为(1 100×槡2/槡3)kV),目前相关标准要求无法涵盖;而清除多相故障时的TRV更加突出,可能导致清除故障失败甚至断路器损坏。快速联动旁路串补可降低TRV,实施容易,而降低串补度等TRV抑制措施则存在一定不足。提高断路器开断TRV能力和试验参数也是解决TRV问题超标的有效措施之一,建议进一步开展相关研究。
When series capacitors(SC) are adopted on ultra-high voltage(UHV) lines,the residual voltage of the capacitors may cause changes in the transient recovery voltage(TRV) characteristics of circuit breakers(CB) during line fault clearing.Therefore,by using an EMTP simulation tool,we investigated the characteristics and influential factors of UHV line circuit breakers’ TRV for several UHV series compensation projects in China.Also,we analyzed the effect of various countermeasures against TRV.Results show that,without countermeasures,the specific peak value of TRV during clearing single phase to ground fault in some UHV series compensated lines may exceed 2.7(1 per unit value equals(1 100×2/3)kV),which can not be covered by present standards.Moreover,for TRV caused by clearing multi-phase fault,the issue can be much severer that may even result in a failure of clearing system fault and damage of circuit breakers.The investigation of different TRV countermeasures indicates that,fast bypass series capacitors can reduce the TRV peak value of line CBs during system faults to some extent and it is relatively easy to accomplish.Other countermeasures,for instance,degrading series compensation degree,can all help to suppress TRV while having some limitations and deficiencies.Increasing the withstand capability and test parameters for TRV of UHV circuit breakers is another effective restriction measure for TRV to be further researched.
