摘要
应用半薄切片光镜观察和超薄切片电镜观察的方法研究了豚鼠胸腺内淋巴管的微细分布和超微结构 ,观察了内皮细胞间的连接点 ,测定了内皮细胞内小光的体密度、数密度、平均直径及分布密度 ,并用多功能医学图像分析系统进行定量分析 ,结果证明胸腺间质和被膜下存有淋巴管 ,而小叶内未发现 ,在胸腺组织液和大分子物质转途中 ,中。
The intramural lymphatic of the thymus of guinea pig has been studied by light and electronic microscope in order to obtain information regarding their fine distribution, ultrastructure and possible mechanisms of lymph formation. Some analyses were performed with the aid of the medical image analysis system. There are Iymphatic capillary and vessels in subcapsule and interlobubor of thymus, Iymphatic capillaries and lymphatics closely adjoin the blood capilary or even locate among blood capillaries. Ultrastructurally, the lymphatics are similar to those described in other organs. Our study suggests that vesicular system may play primary role in lymph formation.
