关节韧带的结构和功能 被引量:1

摘要 韧带是一种纤维结缔组织短带 ,正常韧带内胶原纤维沿长轴以平行方式排列 ,偏光下表现波浪状的排列方式。韧带有机械感受器 ,传递本体感受至神经中枢。韧带具有时间和历史依赖性的粘弹性特性。对负荷也显示出非线性机械行为。韧带起着引导关节面的正常运动 ,限制过度运动的作用。另外 。
