摘要
论文通过对图书馆馆藏建设目的的分析,提出了当前馆藏建设存在的瓶颈问题,而后介绍了高德拉特的约束理论,并将其植入到图书馆馆藏建设中。基于约束理论的馆藏建设直指图书馆的建设目标,并就此提出了打破原有约束,优化馆藏建设的步骤措施。
This paper puts forward the bottleneck problem existing in the collection construction through the analysis of the collection construction objective, and then introduces the theory of constraints and implants it into the collection construction. Pointing to the target of the collection construction, it proposes some steps and measures to optimize the collection construction by breaking the original restriction.
