摘要
对于民用飞机来说,在满足适航要求的前提下,如何形成一套简洁高效的维修大纲,是所有航空公司和飞机生产制造商都要面对的问题。采用目前广泛使用的MSG-3分析方法,以机体结构维护性分析为样例,对结构MSG-3分析的目的、流程、分析方法和结果等方面的讲解,使读者可以初步了解MSG-3分析方法的应用情况,并能够在日常设计工作中,逐步学习了解民用飞机维修性分析方法,明确维护性要求,深入研究,以期在工作中带来更大的经济效益和社会效益。
It is difficult to form a set of aircraft maintenance outline meeting the requirement of airworthiness for every aircraft manufacture. This article uses the widely applied method, MSG-3, to depict the objective, process, analysis method and result of the structure MSG-3 analysis, followed with the airframe maintenance as an example. This article gives the readers a rough idea about the application of MSG-3 and the method of analysis and require- ment of civil aircraft maintenance. The readers are also expected to learn maintenance analysis method gradually in their daily works and yield more economic and social benefits in their further works.
