摘要
采用水、十六烷基三甲基溴化氨及2-辛醇微乳液体系,合成了BaFCl及BaFCl∶Eu2+纳米材料.X射线衍射图表明,所制备的样品基本为BaFCl相.样品的TEM图表明,平均晶粒尺寸约在50 nm范围内.BaFCl∶Eu2+样品的激发谱为250~350 nm范围内的宽带谱.发射光谱存在的两个发射带,即位于386 nm附近的宽带发射及360 nm附近的锐线发射,分别对应Eu2+离子的d→f和f→f跃迁发射.与传统的高温固相法制备的BaFCl∶Eu2+粉末材料相比,BaFCl∶Eu2+纳米材料的f→f跃迁发射呈微小蓝移.
Abstracts: Nanoparticles of BaFC1 and BaFCI: Eu2 + were synthesized by water/cetyltrimemytammomum bromide (CTAB)/2-octanol microemusion systems. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis shows that stoichiometric BaFC1 phase was obtained. The average size of the sample was less than 50 nm according to the TEM image. The emission spectra of BaFCI: Eu2+ nanoparticles show two bands centered at 386nm and 360nm, which are attributed to the transition of d→f and f→f of Eu2+ respectively. Compared to that in bulk BaFCI: Eu2+ prepared by traditional method, the excitation energy ( centered at 360nm) in BaFCI: Eu2 + nanoparticles shows a slight increase.
