摘要
以仲钼酸铵为前驱物,采用溶胶—凝胶法和氢气还原工艺制备了碳纳米管/Mo复合粉末材料.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)分析了微观形貌和相态组成.结果表明:在750℃还原保温3 h可制备出碳纳米管/Mo复合粉末,还原生成的Mo粉颗粒在碳纳米管周围聚集,使碳纳米管在Mo粉中均匀分散;高于800℃还原,碳纳米管与Mo反应生成Mo2C相;而低于750℃还原,则有MoO2相残存.
Abstract: Ammonium paramolybdate as a precursor, carbon nanotubes (CNTs) / Mo composite powders were prepared by sol-gel method followed by hydrogen reduction process. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to analyze the micrograph and phase composition. Results show that CNTs/Mo powders can be synthesized by hydrogen-reduction at 750℃ for 3h. CNTs are uniformly distributed between Mo powders because of the reduced Mo particles aggregating around the surface of CNTs. When the reduction temperature is a above 800%, MOEC is formed as the reaction of CNTs and Mo. However, when the reduction temperature is below 750℃, MoO2 phase is found in powders.
