摘要
目的 :观察偏头痛患者头痛缓解初期血中降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)与P物质 (SP)含量的变化。方法 :采用放射免疫的方法 ,对 49例头痛缓解初期无先兆偏头痛患者及 2 8例健康人血浆中CGRP与SP的含量进行了测定。结果 :与正常对照组相比 ,偏头痛组的CGRP与SP含量降低 ,差异有显著性意义 ,其中以“尚余头部不适”组的降低尤为明显。结论
Objective: To observe the changes of plasma calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) and substance P(SP) in remission phase of migraine. Methods: The levels of plasma CGRP and SP were determined with radioimmunoassay method in 49 cases of migraineurs who were in early headache remission phase,and in 28 normal controls. Results: Compared with normal controls,the levels of CGRP and SP were significantly decreased in migraineurs,the decrease was more significant in those who remained uncomfortable on head. Conclusion: Sensory nervous system may be involved in the development of migraine by a change in release of CGRP and SP.
