摘要
目的 观察伏格列波糖对老年 2型糖尿病患者的疗效。方法 选择老年 2型糖尿病患者 ,伏格列波糖治疗组 36例 ,格列吡嗪治疗组 32例 ,治疗前、治疗 2个月后分别测定糖化血红蛋白A1C(HbA1C)、空腹及餐后 2h血糖和胰岛素。结果 2组于治疗后HbA1C、血糖均较治疗前下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,伏格列波糖组餐后 2h血糖下降幅度大于格列吡嗪组 ,空腹及餐后 2h胰岛素水平较治疗前下降 (P 均 <0 .0 5 ) ,无低血糖反应发生。结论 伏格列波糖可能成为治疗老年 2型糖尿病的有效药物之一。
Objective To study the efficacy of Volglibose(VGB) in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus among elderly patients. Methods 36 patients were treated with VGB, with 32 patients treated with Glipizide (GPZ) as controls. The indices determined before treatment and after 2 months of treatment were HbA1C,fasting blood levels of glucose and insulin (FBG and F-Ins) and that 2 h after meal (PBG and P-Ins),etc. Results The HbA1C level and blood glucose levels were lowered in both groups after treatment(P<0.01), The lowering of PBG was more marked in VGB group than in GPZ group.F-Ins and P-Ins were lowered after treament in both groups,no side effect of hypoglycemia was observed in VGB group. Conclusion VGB may be one of the safe and effective agents to treat diabetes mellitus in elderly patients.
