Monitoring System of Energy Consumption for Public Institutions

摘要 通过设计了一个公共机构能耗监测系统,按照《公共机构节能条例》的要求实现分户、分类、分项计量,并将各能耗数据传输至福建省公共机构能耗数据公共平台进行分析与处理,通过网页形式浏览分析处理结果。本系统按功能采用3层结构模式,即现场设备层、集中监控层和远程监测层。通过现场施工改造,实现了省政府某大院公共机构能耗的分户、分类、分项计量,有效促进了各用能单位加强自身节能降耗建设,提高能耗效率。 According to the demands of the "Energy-saving Regulations of Public Institutions'; energy consumption should be mea- sured by the household-based, classified and itemized metering. So a monitoring system of energy consumption for the public institutions is designed, which gathers different types of data, uploads to the "Public Platform of Energy Consumption Data for the Public Institutions in Fujian" for analyzing and processing, and represents the results on the webpage. A three-tier structure of the system is adopted by function, including the field device layer, centralized monitoring layer and remote monitoring layer. Through field construction and retrofitting, energy consumption of a certain building of the provincial government is measured and recorded based on the household-based, classified and itemized metering, which shows that the system could effectively reduce the energy consumption and improve energy efficiency for various buildings.
