摘要
阐述了区域供冷供热在校园规划中的实施方法,并以上海市近郊的某一个实际工程为案例,详细分析了校园的供冷供热负荷。在此基础上,模拟了3种供能方案:单体建筑独立设置供冷供热系统、区域集中设置供冷供热系统、集成地源热泵的混合式区域供冷供热系统。3种方案的对比说明:校园实行区域集中供能既可以降低投资成本,又可以提高机组运行效率,降低能耗。当将地源热泵系统集成到区域供冷供热系统中时,可以进一步降低能耗。
Various heating and cooling systems on a campus are compared by an energy simulation method. The heating and cooling loads are calculated in detail. Three thermal energy system options are compared and discussed, including individual cooling and heating system (ICHS), district cooling and heating system (DCHS) and district cooling and heating integrated with ground source heat pump (DCHS&GSHP). The case study shows that the energy consumption of DCHS is lower than that of ICHS. DCHS can reduce the initial cost for central plants and improve the energy efficiency of the system. Integrating DCHS with ground source heat pump shows a great potential in energy saving.
