摘要
根据岛津RS-50AC型数字胃肠X线机主机控制台上显示的信息和故障代码,分析故障原因,逐步检查。通过对电路图分析和在实际电路中逐步检查判断,发现逆变控制器件IGBT损坏,导致高压无法产生,使X线机不能正常工作。逆变器IGBT故障为器件自然损坏,更换新的器件后即可将故障解决。
According to the X-ray machine information of host console and the fault code,we analyzed failure causes, and then checked for problems one by one. Through the analysis of Circuit diagram and checks in a practical circuit,we found that the control unit IGBT of the inverter is damaged,so that the high-voltage can not produce,the X-ray machine failed. the fail of IGBT of the inverter is normal Natural damage,so the replacement of the new IGBT can sovle the breakdown.
