摘要
目的:认识支气管镜在诊断、治疗呼吸系统疾病的重要作用,分析设备使用中影响诊断治疗效果的原因及预防对策,进而提高医疗质量,降低医疗成本。方法:通过长期临床观察,分析总结故障原因,有针对性地提出预防和解决方案。结果:正确的使用和维护使故障率和维修成本得以降低。结论:通过仔细分析和及时总结,制定有针对性的预防方案,同时不断完善设备操作规范,降低故障停机率,更好地满足临床检查和治疗需要。
Objective： Bronchoscopy is an important medical equipment in diagnosis and treatment of respritory system, the difference of their condition directly impact on the result of diagnosis and treatment, thus it is very important to analyze trouble and make preventive measures,which will improve medical quality and reduce medical cost. Methods： Through the long-term clinical observation and the analysis of the fault reasons, preventive solutions are pertinently made. Results： Failure rate and the maintenance cost are greatly reduced. Conclusion： Through analyzing and summarizing fault reasons ,and making preventive solution, and constantly improving the equipment operation, downtime rate can be greatly reduced, clinical examination and treatment will be better.
