摘要
目的:探讨sysmex XT-2000i血细胞分析仪白细胞分类异常报警的可靠性。方法:随机抽取XT-2000i检测无异常报警标本300例及异常报警标本285例,分别制作血涂片经瑞氏染色后人工镜检,分析仪器检测结果与人工镜检结果的符合率。结果:XT-2000i血细胞分析仪对异常细胞报警与人工分析阳性符合率为73.3%,仪器无异常报警时其分类与人工镜检基本一致,符合率为99%。结论:XT-2000i血液细胞分析仪作为异常细胞报警的初筛工具,灵敏度极高,白细胞分类无异常报警时结果可信,有异常报警及报单核细胞过高报警的标本应人工镜检复查。
Objective： To investigate the Sysmex XE-2000i blood cell analyzer leukocyte classification anomaly reliability. Methods： Random XT-2000i detected no abnormal alarm specimens in 300 cases and abnormal alarm specimens from 285 patients, respectively, making blood smears with Wright＇s staining after artificial microscopy, analytical instruments detection results with artificial microscopy results the coincidence rate. Results： XT-2000i blood cell analyzer for alarm and manual analysis of abnormal cells positive rate was 73.3%, no abnormal alarm apparatus and its classification and artificial microscopy are basically the same, with the rate of 99%. Conclusion： XT-2000i blood cell analyzer as a morphologic abnormalities warnings of the initial screening tools, high sensitivity, white blood cell classification without abnormal alarm when the result is credible, abnormal alarm and declaration nuclear cell high alarm specimens should be artificial lens review.
