摘要
目的:阐述医疗设备管理的必要性,探讨医疗设备档案管理新模式。方法:总结现有管理模式存在的问题,针对问题提出改善的建议和方法。结果:医疗设备档案管理工作新模式的应用,提高了医疗设备的使用效益,对医务人员服务水平的提高有着积极作用。结论:如何加强医疗设备档案的管理,在传统的管理方法中寻求新的管理模式,最大限度地发挥设备在医疗、科研中的作用是医院管理者面临的重要课题。
Objective： This article briefly introduces the necessity of the medical equipment management. Methods： The author puts forward some improving suggestions and methods in order to solve the existing management problems which Summarized in the paper. Results： These suggestions and methods efficiently improve the using of medical equipment, they also have a positive effect on the medical service level. Conclusion： The hospital is a kind of industry with higher content of science and technology. Hospital manager needs to deal with the important tasks, such as strengthening equipment and its file management, seeking new management modes that can make the medical equipment play a important role in medical and scientific research during traditional medical equipment file management method.
