摘要
目的:利用计算机、视频以及网络通信技术对手术音视频影像进行实时直播、互动及全程录制。方法:利用高清数字摄像设备,根据手术的过程,采用基于HD-SDI无延迟的数字视频直播技术、系统搭载陀螺仪传感器及加速度传感等高科技传感技术,扩展摄影抖动处理、透过局域网以及互联网,远程进行手术直播示教或进行专家会诊。结果:该系统是世界最小的医学手术数字高清摄录系统,可做为手术直播示教、医学专家研究以及在线学习等各种不同应用的解决方案,现实手术直播,录制转播,形成手术学习资源库并进行管理。结论:医用便携式移动数字高清手术摄像系统的设计可以全面完善手术直播和录播系统,是临床手术录播和手术观摩的最佳方法。
Objective: To employ computer, imaging and networking technology to realize real-time broadcasting and recording of operations. Methods: The HD digital imaging instruments were used to realize real-time broadcasting and recording of operations for expert consultation or real-time broadcasting. Results: The system developed by us in the smallest of its kind in the world and it provide solutions for real-time boradcasting of operations, expert study and on-line learning. Conclusion: The development of this portal digital HD imaging system can be used to perfect the broadcasting or recording of operations. Therefore, it is the best method for recording of operations in clinical practice.
