摘要
目的:了解和跟踪心电监护仪最新发展趋势,实现心电监护仪新技术的应用。方法:研究高端心电监护仪在操作方式、参数接口模式、信息网络功能等方面采用的代表性和前沿性技术。结果:主流品牌的高端监护仪采用了触摸屏操作技术;光电心电监护仪的智能参数接口技术具有很高的创新性;飞利浦的信息监护仪技术在网络功能方面处于领先地位。结论:未来心电监护仪将向着全屏触控、参数接口智能化及功能网络化方向发展;目前监测仪出现的逆向式无创血压测量技术以及数字式血氧测量等技术可提高监护仪参数测量的功能。
Objective: To track the latest trends and the new application technologies of ECG monitor. Methods: We studied the representation and frontier technology of major brands high-end ECG monitors from the aspects of operation mode, the parameter interface mode, information network functions and so on. Results: The mainstream brand of high-end monitors adopt touch screen operation; NIHON KOHDEN intelligent parameter interface technology is highly innovative; the Philips information monitor technology is in the leading position in the area of network functions. Conclusion: In the future, ECG monitor develops toward the direction of the full touchscreen, intelligent parameter interface, function networked; recently appeared technologies of reverse non-invasive blood pressure measurement technology, digitaloximetry technology and others in ECG monitor improved relative parameters measurement function.
