摘要
以乙基三甲氧基硅烷、金属钠和溴乙烷为原料,通过伍尔兹反应合成了二乙基二甲氧基硅烷.利用正交试验方法考察了反应温度、原料滴加时间、原料物质的量之比、加入溶剂与否等因素对目标产物产率的影响,采用方差分析确定了反应的最佳反应条件,使用GC-MS对产物结构进行了确认和表征.结果表明:当乙基三甲氧基硅烷与溴乙烷物质的量之比为5∶1,反应温度为115℃,滴加时间为2.5h且不加入溶剂时,二乙基二甲氧基硅烷合成产率平均值达到77.71%.
Diethyldimethoxysilane was prepared by Wurtz reaction innitiated from ethyltrimethoxysilane and bromoethane. The orthogonal design method was used to investigate the influences of various factors such as the molar ratio of the feed stocks, the reaction temperature, the amount of solvent and the feeding time on the yield of the final product. The variance analysis determined the optimum conditions in the preparation of the objective compound. The synthesized compound was characterized by GC-MS. The results indicate that when the molar ratio of ethyltrimethoxysilane to bromoethane is 5, the reaction temperature is 115 ℃, the reaction time is 2. 5 h and no solvent is used, the optimum synthetic yield is obtained with an average value of 77.71%.
