摘要
随着互联网的快速发展,网络已成为民众表达利益诉求、发表舆论观点的媒介。网民的评议往往会成为舆情压力的产生根源,近而形成网络舆情危机。针对这一危机,政府有必要推行网上政务公开,和网民做良性互动,引导舆情向常态化发展并设立监管部门,实施危机预防。
With the rapid development of the intemet, it has become a medium for the mass to express their interest appeals as well as opinions. The netizens＇ comments tend to become the cause for the pressure to the government and further form a crisis concerning network public opinion. In light of this crisis, the govemment should promote online government affairs openness, have positive interaction with netizens, guide the public opinion in the right direction and setup supervision department so as to prevent the crisis.
