摘要
国民政府为巩固在台湾的统治,从"伦理、科学、民主"的三民主义本质新说和四维八德的传统道德等角度出发,对台湾民众进行传统文化与民族精神教育,以期重建中华文化之辉煌。梳理台湾推行这场教育的作法,总结它的积极作用和不足,有着重要的理论和现实意义。
To consolidate the rules in Taiwan and to rebuild the brilliance of the Chinese culture, the national gov- ernment educates the public the traditional culture and national spirit in Taiwan from the views of the essential opin- ions of the Three People＇ s Principles （ Ethics, Scientific and Democracy） and the traditional principles of the Four Principles and Eight Virtues. This paper analyzes the four aspects of the practice in the implementation of this edu- cation in Taiwan, summarizes its four positive roles and the shortage of the three aspects, and finally analyses the Taiwan traditional culture and national spirit education for our today~ enlightenment.
