摘要
女性领导人才是人才队伍和干部队伍中的一个重要组成部分。女性领导人才的开发历来为党所重视,并取得了一定的进展。到目前为止,理论界对中国女性领导人才开发的意义、现状、存在的问题及其原因,以及对策等方面的探讨已经取得了一定的成果,但也有一些薄弱环节有待于进一步予以深入研究。
Female leaders are important parts of talent teams and cadres.Women leaders' development has always paid great attention to the party and it has achieved certain development.So far,the theoretical cycle has gained some results about discussion of its significance,the present situation,the problems and its reasons and its measures.But,there are some weak links for the further development.
