摘要
神华北电能源有限公司胜利露天矿EX2500电动液压挖掘机自投入运行以来能耗较高,采用直接转矩控制技术为核心的高压交流变频器的电气系统对EX2500电动液压挖掘机进行节能技术改造。改造后设备的操作性能和技术指标不低于原有性能和指标,变频器通过改变电动机的供电频率改变电机转速以适应不同工况下的作业需求,从而实现节能。
An EX2500 electrohydraulic excavator in Xilingol Shenhua Shengli Open-pit Mine Corporation has high energy consumption since it is put into operation. This paper introduced the transformation of the EX2500 electrohydraulic excavator by use of direct torque control and variable velocity variable frequency (VVVF) technology. The operating performance and technical indicators of the reformed equipment is better than the original, by changing the supply frequency to the motor, we can change the motor speed to meet the operation requirement under different conditions, in order to achieve energy conservation.
