摘要
道路沥青在使用过程中有严格的温度要求,采用合理的加热装置是保证道路沥青质量要求的前提。介绍了沥青加热系统的结构及沥青加热设备控制系统。其中,加热装置的控制系统是整个加热设备的核心基础,合理的控制系统不仅能够使热沥青温度满足要求,且很好地保护了沥青的路用性能,避免其过分老化,从而提高施工质量。
Road asphalt needs the accurate temperature control, and the quality of the asphalt is based on the reasonable equipment. The control system of the heating device is the key of the whole heating equipment. Reasonable control system not only meets the requirement of hot asphalt temperature, but guarantees the asphalt road performance, to avoid the excessive aging and improve the construction quality.
