摘要
运用有限元分析技术模拟铝合金零件的高速铣加工过程,并对其切削应力和切削力进行分析,为制定合理的高速铣加工工艺策略提供可靠的依据,以期提高零件尺寸的稳定性。
In this paper, finite elements technology was used to simulate the high-speed milling process of aluminum alloy components, and the cutting stress and cutting force were analyzed. This work may provide reliable basis for technology formulation of high-speed milling, in order to improve the dimensional stability of parts.
