摘要 研究了热处理工艺对Ti80合金棒材显微组织和性能的影响。研究结果表明:同一规格Ti80合金棒材,在800℃~900℃退火时,随着温度的升高,抗拉强度逐渐降低,屈服强度逐渐升高;但在800℃~850℃塑性指标变化不明显,当温度升至900℃时,断面收缩率、延伸率和冲击值均明显升高;最终确定在825℃保温1h~2h空冷热处理制度,可以获得最佳力学性能。 The effect of heat treatment process on the structure and properties of Ti80 alloy bars was researched in this paper, the results are following: to the same specification Ti80 alloy bars, with the increase of the temperature, the tensile strength gradually decreases and the yield strength gradually increases when annealing in 800 ℃ - 900 ℃, but the plasticity indexes do not change significantly in 800 ℃ -850 ℃ ; when the temperature is above 900℃, the shrinkage rate, elongation and impact value all increase significantly. Finally, the proper heat treatment process is determined, heating up the titanium alloy bars to 825 ℃, holding 1 ha 2 h, air-cooling, to get the best mechanical properties.
