限制模压变形6061铝合金的组织和性能

Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of 6061 Al during CGP

摘要 对经330℃×20min退火的6061铝合金进行限制模压变形处理,对变形前后试样的显微组织、硬度和力学性能变化进行了研究分析。结果表明:限制模压变形法能够显著细化材料的晶粒、提高材料的硬度和屈服强度。但这种改变在平行纤维方向上的变化比在垂直纤维方向上的变化明显。 Constrained groove pressing (CGP) were used to improve the microstructure and mechanical properties of 6061 A1-Si-Mg alloy with annealing (330 ℃× 20 min). The effect on the microsrructure, hardness and mechanical properties were researched. The results show that CGP has a remarkable impact on grain refinement, hardness and strength. This impact has anisotropy significantly. The change in the direction of parallel fiber is better than perpendicular.
