摘要
以径向推杆式分度凸轮机构为研究对象,在对该机构进行初步分析的基础上进行了结构及参数设计,推导了机构共轭凸轮的理论及实际廓线方程,并进行了三维实体造型。与以往的传动方式相比有很大程度的创新,作为一种新的间歇传动机构模型,丰富了分度凸轮机构的种类,为新的凸轮分度机构的选型提供了更大的空间。
Taking radial indexing cam mechanism as study object, this paper designed its structure and parameters, derived the conjugate cam's outline contour line equation in theory and experiment, and completed the three-dimensional solid design. The mechanism is a new kind of transmission method, riehing the kinds of parallel-axis intermittent motion mechanism, providing more directions for the research on intermittent motion meehanism.
