摘要
对于形状和受力都较复杂的构件,结构静力试验是产品结构研发必不可少的也是简单而有效的途径。静力试验可以通过机械、电动和液压等加载方式完成,其中液压伺服加载凭借良好的平稳性和运行中的低噪声在工程试验中得到极为广泛的应用。利用面向工程设计的高级建模软件AMEsim对50t液压伺服加载系统进行了建模和动态性能的仿真分析。
In terms of complex parts, structure static test is an indispensable and effective way in product structure research and development. Static loading test can be completed in several ways, such as manual operation, motor-drive or hydraulic drive. With good stability and low noise, the hydraulic servo loading system is used widely in the field of engineering test. This paper completes the modeling of 50 t hydraulic servo loading system and analyzes its dynamic performance by use of the senior modeling software AMEsim.
