摘要
利用弹塑性热力耦合大变形有限元法,对某钢厂热轧带钢粗轧过程建立了三维模型并进行了模拟分析,重点分析了第一道次轧制过程轧件的温度变化和轧制力的变化。在此模型基础上,分析了不同穿带速度、压下量和摩擦系数等工艺参数对轧件温度分布、轧制力分布的影响,发现压下量为主要影响因素,为生产实践提供了理论参考。
By using elastic-plastic thermal coupling large deformation finite element method, the 3D model of hot rolled strip roughing area is established, the simulation analysis is carried out, and the variation of temperature and rolling force of the strip on the first pass is emphatically studied. On this basis, the influences of the different speed, reduction and friction coefficient on the rolling force and the strip temperature are analyzed. The results show the main influencing factor is the reduction, which provides a theoretical reference for production.
