摘要
基于有限元疲劳分析方法提取弹簧盘力学模型,建立了弹簧盘的有限元模型。针对某种型号轿车的悬架采用Workbench软件对弹簧盘进行应力计算,并对其进行了疲劳寿命预测。利用S-N曲线和Goodman修正理论分析随机载荷状况下弹簧盘的疲劳寿命,并对弹簧盘薄弱部位进行了结构优化设计。
