(4″R,5″R)-1,1'-双(2″-4″,5″-二氢-4″,5″-二苯基-1″-H-咪唑基)二茂铁的合成新方法

摘要 研究了(4″R,5″R)-1,1'-双(2″-4″,5″-二氢-4″,5″-二苯基-1″-H-咪唑基)二茂铁的合成新方法.以二茂铁为起始原料,通过双甲酰化形成双甲酰二茂铁,再与手性1,2-二苯基乙二胺缩合环化,两步快速有效的合成了目标产物.研究表明该方法安全快速方便,产物易分离纯化,后处理操作简单. A new synthesis method of (4"R,5"R)'1,1' -Bis- (2"-4", 5" - dihydro - 4", 5" - diphenyl - 1" - H - imidazolyi) ferrocene was reported starting from cheap and easily accessible ferrocene. The target product could be obtained fast and effectively by formylation and further cyclization. The results showed that this method was relatively convenient and safe, and the product can be easily separated and purified.
