摘要 以5个不同的生境的岷江百合为研究材料,测定了不同生境中岷江百合的形态以及丙二醛、游离脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖生理指标.结果表明:岷江百合在不同生境中的株高、基径、叶宽和叶片长/叶宽值达到极显著差异水平;游离脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白的含量的差异性达到极显著水平,丙二醛的含量差异性为显著水平,可溶性糖含量差异不显著.生境沙窝子的丙二醛、游离脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白以及可溶性糖的含量均达到最大值.不同生境中各个生理指标的含量均表现为上部叶片大于下部叶片.不同生境的叶绿素含量差异并显著,同时生境沙窝子的叶绿素含量也为最大值.所以可以得出沙窝子的生境条件最适合岷江百合的生长. Physiological indicators of Lilium regale in five habitats were studied by measuring the morphology ; MDA ; proline ; soluble protein ; and soluble sugar. The result showed that plant height, stem wide, leaf width, leaf length/ leaf width, free proline and soluble protein content of L. regale were significantly different in different habitats. The MDA content reached different levels. Protein, soluble protein, soluble sugar and MDA content reached the maximum in habitat Sha wozi,. Zn all habitats,physiological contents of upper leaves were more than those of the lower leaves. The content of chlorophyll a of L regale was significantly different in different habitats. The chlorophyll a content reached the maximum value in habitat Shawozi. The results showed that Shawozi habitat may be most suit- able for L. regale.
