摘要
淫羊藿植物具有重要的药用价值,为了降低柔毛淫羊藿的人工栽培成本,提高栽培的效率,本文用不同长度柔毛淫羊藿(4cm,8cm,12cm)根茎进行栽培,测定了柔毛淫羊藿的生长状态,包括叶长、叶宽、长宽比、叶面积、比叶面积、花序数、花蕾数、叶湿重、叶干重、茎湿重、茎干重、叶数、冠幅、株高、茎直径和分支数,并对其主成分进行分析.结果显示:柔毛淫羊藿除茎直径外,其它指标都发生显著变化,且最大值都出现在12cm长度根茎栽培处理中.综上所述,12cm根茎长度处理下的柔毛淫羊藿生长良好.
Epimedium plants possess important medical value. In order to reduce the cost of cultivation for Epimedium pubescens, and increase the cultivation effect, different lengths of rihizome of E. pubescens （4cm, 8cm, 12cm） were planted, and the growth states were investigated, including the leaf length, the leaf width, the length-width ratio, the leaf area, the specfic leaf area, the inflorescence number, the bud number, the leaf wet weight, the leaf dry weight, the stem wet weight, the stem dry weight, the leaf lumber, the width, the individual high, the stem diameter, the branch number, and principal component analysis. The results showed that E. pubescens, most indexes changed significantly except the stem diameter, and the optimal values oppeared in plants growing from 12cm segemnt. The results suggseted that E. pubescens grew well from 12cm rhizome length segemnts.
