摘要
通过金相检验、扫描电镜以及能谱仪等手段对板材探伤不合格的原因进行分析,分析表明超标夹杂物及厚度中心成分偏析引起的裂纹是产生探伤不合格的主要原因。根据分析结果提出相应的工艺改进措施以减少和消除该现象。
The reasons for disqualification of plates are investigated by means of metallographie microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and EDS. The result shows that the cracks resulting from excessive inclusions and center segregation are the main reasons for failure detection. Corresponding measures are introduced to reduce and eliminate the phenomenon.
