摘要
针对球扁钢成品表面产生的裂纹进行深入研究，运用扫描电镜、金相显微镜、电子探针等手段对钢板坯表面裂纹的形貌进行分析。结果表明，钢板的裂纹由铸坯裂纹引起，S、P等元素存在明显的偏析。
The morphology of cracks on the surface of bulb steel was analyzed by means of scanning electron microscope （SEM）, metallographic microscope and electron probe. The results showed that the cracks were caused by cracks of casting billets. There was obvious segregation in S, P elements.
