摘要
目的调查长期住院精神病患者的阅读现状与需求。方法采用自制问卷,对77例长期住院精神病患者进行调查。结果 50.65%患者偶尔有阅读行为,67.53%患者阅读资料首选报纸,45.45%患者阅读场所主要在活动室,喜欢的阅读内容是纪实类、健康保健类;54.55%患者认为理想的阅读场所是阅览室,67.53%患者认为理想的阅读形式是独自阅读,42.86%患者喜欢"阅读日"活动。结论长期住院精神病患者没有建立良好的阅读习惯,护理人员要掌握患者阅读需求,培养患者良好的阅读习惯,以提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the present situation and demand of reading for long--term psychotic inpatients. Method Investigate 77 long--term psychotic inpatients by self--designed questionnaire. Result 50.65% of the patients conduct reading behavior occasionally. 67. 53% pick newspapers first. 45. 45% read mostly in activity room and prefer read- ing on documentary writing and health care. 54. 55% consider reading room is the best place for reading. The ideal reading form is reading alone for 67. 53% patients. 42. 86% likes the ＂Reading Day＂ activity. Conclusion Long inpatients haven＇t developed a good reading habit. Nursing staffs should satisfy their demand to cultivate habit and improve their quality of life. term psychotic a good reading
