摘要
在模拟电路的设计中,经常会用到一种特殊的夹层电阻,但是关于该电阻的相关介绍较少。文章提出了一种夹层电阻的结构,对其原理进行了详细的分析,在此基础上,利用该夹层电阻,设计了一款支持宽工作电压范围的振荡器。最后,又对该振荡器进行优化改进,使其能适应3~30V的宽工作电压,并且在5.5~30V范围内保持输出频率不变,进一步阐述了该夹层电阻的原理和特性。
In analog circuit design, often use a special kind of Pinch Resistors, but about the resistance related introduce less. This paper puts forward a kind of Pinch Resistors of the structure, the principle to carry on the detailed analysis, and on this basis, using the Pinch Resistors, design a kind of support wide working voltage range of oscillator. Finally, and this oscillator optimization evaluation, which can adapt to the 3-30 V of wide working voltage, and in 5.5-30 V range keep output frequency is changeless, further expounds the Pinch Resistors principle and characteristics.
