摘要
目的探讨不同出生体重及胎龄的新生儿与PKU初筛结果的关系。方法利用荧光法测定滤纸干血斑苯丙氨酸含量。对2012年1月-9月间的新生儿苯丙氨酸初筛数据结合出生体重及胎龄等相关信息进行分组统计分析。结果共筛查标本164 239例,统计有效数据150 609例,低体重组初筛阳性率为0.77%,正常体重组为0.26%,巨大儿组为0.18%,早产儿组为0.48%,足月儿组为0.26%。结论从本文资料所见,早产儿、低体重儿都会影响苯丙氨酸羟化酶活性的一过性减低。
Objective:Study the correlation of phenylketonuria screening results with birth weight and gestational age in newborn infants.Method:Detection of phenylalanine concentration from blood specimens dried on fliter paper.And then analyse the screeing results data which is divided different groups by birth weight and gestational age from January to September in 2012.Results:A total of 164239 infants were screened of whom 150609 results was valid.The positive rate of low birth weight infants,normal weight infants and macrosomia were 0.77%,0.26%,0.18%.The positive rate of premature infants and term infants were 0.48%,0.26%.Conclusion:Premature and infant of low weight may deilay the activity of phenylalanine hydroxylase temporarily.
