摘要
目的为了解舒降之对肾病综合征高脂血症的疗效。方法将39例患者随机分为两组 ,在相同的激素治疗及对症处理的基础上 ,治疗组加服舒降之5～10mg/d ,观察时间为6周。结果治疗组的症状缓解率显著高于对照组 ,血脂明显低于对照组 (均P<0.01)。结论舒降之可改善肾病综合征患者的脂质代谢紊乱。
objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Zocor in treating hyperlipidemia in cases with nephrotic syndrome. Methods 39 cases were divided at random into two groups: combined group ( hormone and Zocor) and control group treated for 6 weeks. Results The relief of the signs and symptoms of the cases was better in the combined group than that in the control group and the blood eipid in the combined group was much lower than that in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Zocor could relimgntut the lipid disorder in cases with nephrotic syndrome.
