摘要
利用密粘褶菌、变色栓菌对1年生慈竹进行生物预处理,研究预处理菌种、时间以及酶水解时间对慈竹酶水解葡萄糖得率的影响。结果表明,两种试菌都对竹材酶水解有促进作用,变色栓菌的预处理效果优于密粘褶菌;在变色栓菌处理28d,酶水解48h的条件下,慈竹酶水解的葡萄糖得率提高了22.5%;变色栓菌具有作为竹材生物预处理菌种的潜力。
To enhance cellulose-to-glucose conversion yields of bamboo,fungi degradation was applied as the pretreatment,namely that Neosinocalamus affinis were infected by Gloeophyllum trabeum and Trametes versicolor. The effects of pretreated time,enzymatic hydrolysis time and fungi species were analyzed according to the glucose yield.The results show that when the optimal parameters were adopted,28-day pretreatment by T.versicolor or 42-day by G.Trabeum,48-hour hydrolysis,the maximal glucose yield was obtained.T.Versicolor is more suitable for the bio-pretreatment because of higher glucose yield.
