摘要
目的 :评价冷冻异体骨治疗手部内生软骨瘤的效果。方法 :将手部内生软骨瘤刮除尽后 ,植入冷冻异体松质骨。结果 :临床应用 2 2例 ,随访 14例 ,全部取得骨性愈合 ,疗效满意。结论 :冷冻异体骨治疗手部内生软骨瘤 ,无排异反应 ,能促进骨愈合 。
Objective:To evaluate the results of freezed allogenous bone grafting for the treatment of hand enchondroma.Methods:The enchondroma was cured by curettage and feezed allogenous cancellous bone grafting.Results:22 case were treated,14 of them were followed up.They all had good results.Conclusion:When treating with freezed allogenous bone grafting,there were no transplant reaction.Freezed allogous bone can prompt bone healing and can be easily obtained.
